Tucked into 40 acres of working smallholding on the eastern fringes of the Malvern Hills, Crowcroft offers a rare taste of farm life alongside your tent or motorhome. Rare-breed cows and pigs graze the pastures, lambs potter about, and free-range chickens cluck around the site. A morning mobile shop sells the farm's own burgers, sausages, chops and eggs—perfect fuel for a firepit supper under the stars. There's a communal kitchen and games room, plus a dog park where four-legged friends can stretch their legs off-lead before tackling the surrounding footpaths and bridleways.
The real draw here is access to the Malverns themselves—long ridgeline hikes and nature reserves ablaze with bluebells and orchids. Back on site, a garden centre serves weekend coffee and cake, while Leigh Sinton village (five minutes) covers pub meals and basics. The facilities can feel a touch basic for some, but the warm farm atmosphere and stunning scenery more than compensate. Firepits and barbecues are available to hire, making evenings as memorable as the days.
