Upon entering, very nice and clean and inviting. Had a coffee at Costa before the film started. The toilets are a little bit updated and I was sad to see the disabled toilets were locked with a radar key access only. I forgot mine! Anyway, I used the normal toilets, ok, sani bins rammed and overflowing and smelt a bit well you know, a bit toilety. Anyhow was told to order food on the pay by card screens as it would be quicker, but decided to stay in the queue as I have a neurological condition and screens and processing information isn't that great for me. Much to my disappointment and I was cross that I could only pay by cash at the counter, even though card machines were right next to me. I was forced to use the screen, a lovely lady helped me. Please, please be more disabled friendly and also, put signs up to say at the counter, it's cash only!!!!!!!!!!!! I queued up for 15 mins and got told I need to use the machine even though I really struggled to stand for that long. 😭😭😭

Had some E-gift cards that I didn't understand how to use, went into cinema and spoke with the lovely young lady called Leisha. She explained how they work and then helped me get my tickets for the movies I wanted to see. She also explained that the gift vouchers were discounted ones which made things even better. Fantastic customer service from Leisha, she was brilliant, thank you🙂.

Awful experience. Had to queue to order drinks and popcorn before even entering so stood in a line in a foyer waiting for a “kiosk” to be free. The queue to order from a person was worse. There were no soft drinks available! At a cinema. On a weekend! It was 5pm on a Saturday and no soft drinks. Also no sweet popcorn. But mixed was available??????? Once ordered, has to queue to show tickets and then had to queue to wait for order. Two staff making orders who didn’t have an ounce of rush in them despite there being 10 people waiting for orders and more making orders at the kiosks. The actual screen and seats were ok but the whole process at the beginning made me not keen to return.

Very clean. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. We upgraded our seats and they were very comfortable. Plenty of free parking. A few restaurants in the same park so able to make a date of it
