The climbing party we booked went brilliantly although the one staff member was very understaffed for his part on the event, poor chap. He did well though and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the whole event

I’ve been to many many water parks and this one is very disappointing. Very dirty, rust in many places. Black dirt in corners everywhere in pools and shower cubicles. Toilets very dirty and very cold. Shower cubicles need to be updated as most things to be honest. I really enjoyed 25m pool. That’s about it. I took my child there once and won’t do it again unless things will change.

Good pool, free 2.5hr parking via iPad once you get past reception. The changing areas need more regular cleaning as smelt of urine. Went during half term and seemed over booked, it didnt seem like numbers were being controlled which made it difficult to play with the kids

Really enjoyed our trip with the family during the recent holidays in Feb. Also when we got there the Inflatable was in the lane pool and this was no extra cost !
