What visitors say
August 2025: Visited Play2Day with the family and we thought it was about time we tried the Adventure Golf so booked for the Golf and a game of Bowling for £14pp. The bowling alley was quiet whilst we played which was midday. After our game we collected our balls and clubs and headed out to the Golf. A real effort has been made on the Railway themeing of the holes with little interactive touches on some holes and sound effects as you play along. It took us around 40 minutes as a group of 5 to play the course. The holes are of a good level for young and old. Well worth a visit. August 2024 :Been visiting Play2Day with our kids for the past 10 years. As the kids have grown we moved from soft play to bowling & lazer tag these days. Still haven't tried the adventure golf yet. Staff are always friendly and helpful and prices are good value. Website is basic so worth calling or popping into see what offers are available.

Absolutely disgusted with my visit today. DO NOT bring any children here with special needs. Firstly it cost £42 for my three children and my husband and I to get in. My Daughter is 8 and has non verbal autism, she also has the understanding of around a 3/4 year old. Today she actually decided she wanted to go into the children’s area ( normally she doesn’t dare ) The area for older children is too overwhelming for her, it’s quite dark, loud and there’s lots of children understandably running about. I watched my little girl attempt to go up the padded stairs, across the bridge and down the slide, this is a massive thing for her because she is scared of heights. After doing this I noticed a member of staff watching her, she then went over and spoke to management and attempted to talk to my daughter. My husband went over and she explained she couldn’t be in there and had to leave. She was causing no harm or bother to any other children in there ( baring in mind there was only one the whole time we were there). As I ran to get a packet of crisps ( ridiculously expensive ) to try and persuade her to come out, my friend went and spoke to management who explained my daughter is a hazard to the other children…. A hazard!!!!! I appreciate it’s an area for younger children yes, and if she had been in there causing problems and throwing things about, barging into children etc I’d get it… but she wasn’t, she was quiet, content and minding her own business. The door was then locked and she spent the rest of the time sat outside the gate, not understanding why she wasn’t allowed back in. Absolutely heartbreaking. Oh and they refused a refund. Disgusted.

We visited for the bowling, three adults one child and a reasonable £43.00 for two games. We found the place clean and although basic with no thrills, it works. The staff were friendly, we didn’t eat in but there were plenty who were and the food looked good. It was half term so the place was busy with families. We had booked our tickets and glad we did as there were a few waiting. I’d recommend a visit, we will be using it again.

Good fun for the kids. I don't usually consider myself a snob but having eaten here on my visit... I wouldn't recommend eating unless you're in the market for a stomach parasite.... Very low quality food, pizza looked like it'd come out of a primary school food lesson

People say this entertainment center offers a wide variety of activities, including bowling, laser tag, and a large indoor soft play area with a bouncy castle and role-play zones. They also highlight the friendly staff, good value for money, and ample parking.
Some reviews mention the venue can be expensive.
