We had such a wonderful stay at this log cabin. The cabin itself was beautiful, cosy, clean, and really well equipped, with everything we needed to relax and feel at home. Waking up to such peaceful surroundings and gorgeous grounds each day was a real highlight. The hot tub was definitely a favourite part of our stay. It was perfectly maintained, spotless and such a treat to enjoy in the evenings while taking in the quiet lake setting. It really made the whole experience feel extra special. The grounds around the site were absolutely stunning and clearly very well looked after. It felt like a little escape from everyday life, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy nature. My favourite part was how safe I felt with my dog - the ground has signs everywhere saying to keep dogs on a leash which made me feel so at ease when I walked around the site. The cafe owners were so lovely and gave my dog some sausages, and Helen the manager was extremely helpful! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We would definitely love to return in the future!

Lovely place, well looked after and owners are very friendly. Great for day fishing, loads of well looked after fish, Roach, Bream, Mirror Carp, Common Carp and more.

We stayed here a few days after Christmas, the facilities were superb and the site was beautifully maintained. Site manager was lovely and there to help with anything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend.

Wold view is in a beautiful setting, booked to be close to family. Lodge was massive and very homely. Very clean and well maintained. Owners/staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. We didn’t go for the fishing but does seem an excellent place if you’re wanting to fish in various size lake/ponds.
