Jungle Jungle Indoor Play Centre

Our first visit to play haven soft play today, we were very excited and what a lovely morning we had. Clearly signposted from the main road, parking- neatly fenced area and really good size. Staff welcoming and great with the children. A good size soft play area, love the theme, some clever designs and ideas within the setting tying it all together. Bouncy castle a nice bonus feature really, not often part of these set ups and of course a childs favourite The addition of a mini role play area too, brilliant, versatility for the little ones ! The baby area is nicely contained but not cut off from the main area so good for those with multi aged little ones, can keep an eye on both with ease. Feels cosy but with nice wide open space, doesnt feel overcrowded. The addition of a fire, well fenced off added to the cosy feel, was a little chilly so aided this but i see how some people may not like this addition, having said that it is not central it is set back out the way with no reason to be hanging around near it as such and no child was interested that i saw while i was there, im assuming maybe a nod to the fact the business adjoining is a fire business and of course to keep warm. Not an issue at all. Toilets are very spacious and wheelchair accessible i'd say, nice and wide, clean. Nice range of food,reasonably priced ,staff very on it with clearing the tables,perhaps a tad too keen at times? Overall would definately recommend, a great addition to the area! Now my only negatives personally....... The cost per child over 1 (£9.54) is very steep in my eyes, average usually being £6ish plus £1 adult maybe in alot of other places but adults an additional £2 each here, thats £11 for 1 adult/child visit, now yes the sessions are a good length and i think sibling discount applies but just my opinion. I think the fact an adult has to be present, should not be anymore than £1 and if charging +£9 for child, 1 adult should at least be included in that price and pay for additional adults. I am very local so would be great for regular visits but the price will definatley put me off and will be less frequent visiting unfortunatley. My only other negatives, i feel a larger ball pit would have been good and the hand dryer in the baby changing toilet is just a bit awkard being next to the toilet how it is but i see why and really is a picky mention but like to be thorough 😊

A soft play with loads of parking, no need for any search for parking. Well-planned soft play with loads inside for children of all ages. Cakes, food and coffee are delicious. Most welcoming staff and great value for money.

We have visited twice this week with my sister and her two nephews, and my nephews absolutely loved their time at Play Haven. We loved that it had a bouncy castle, and different areas for role play, my nephews had a lot of fun role playing as a shop keeper in a supermarket or a builder on a construction site. We also loved the fact that they had a separate playroom for the toddlers, it had plenty of things for my sisters 1 year old to play with, but we also felt comfortable enough for him to play on the bigger kids area as well, as it was very safe and well laid out. We felt comfortable enough to relax and watch my nephews from where we were sitting and had a lovely coffee and lunch at the same time. The areas are also very well kept and very clean, which is a bonus as some soft play places can be a bit hit and miss with hygiene. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating, they always have a smile on their face, and you can tell that they really enjoy being there. We'll definitely come back and visit again!

Gorgeous new softplay. Lots of space, bouncy castle, role play and baby area. Lovely coffe and cakes looks good although didnt have one. Went for a party and was so lovely. Person working there very nice and helpful too. Will come back again
