What visitors say
I am writing this review to warn potential customers of the terrible experience we had on Sunday 18th feb 2024. We booked my 9 year old nieces party for 12 children. The website advertised party bags balloon hot food cake and unlimited squash. When we arrived there was one young girl behind the counter running the full play area. The were no staff supervising the area. We were told party bags and balloons hadn’t been delivered so we had to pop to Tesco for bags to put the gifts in. Juice was served with the biggest ice cubes I have ever seen. I can’t believe the staff were not aware of the hazards of choking on icecubes especially when playing . When the food was served we didn’t notice until the children left the food that it was burnt. We asked for the manager and were told they couldn’t help things being out of stock and that’s the way it was. She did offer to Provide more food but the children had eaten and were more bothered in playing . I did point out that it was dangerous to leave a play area unmanned when the girl had to pop into the bar for drinks. I was again told that is how the place was ran. The manager did refund 2 meals and the fruit shoots we bought while waiting for juice. I have put a formal complaint into sizzling pubs just to give them a chance to explain why the service was so bad and how improvements would be made, I haven’t received a response .

Every time we come the bairn is disappointed because as soon as we get in they say they're closed for a party. Saturday middle of the day is when parents want to take their kids to soft play. Don't even publish on their FB page or on the pubs FB page so it's a case of driving there and finding out it's closed

We have visited Fuzzy Ed’s a few times over the past few months with a group of friends. I find the price reasonable and would like to thank some staff - Amy, James and Claire for always being friendly and helpful. The equipment could do with updating but the kids still enjoy themselves.

Lady with dark hair running the play area fuzzy Edd's today (Saturday) was very rude to us and another couple , tried telling us to get out because our time was up after only 20 mins because she had a qué waiting to be in .. we said we've only been here a short time and she still argues until she looked at her records and was wrong .. still no apology from her after a right mouthful ! , I wouldn't recommend here anymore !
