Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the Gold caravan that we booked. All cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils needed cleaned thoroughly before they were safe/hygienic to be used. The caravan itself was lifeless a basic shell with absolutely no character whatsoever. The upholstery on seating areas badly marked and in need of a good clean. The car space area can only be described as a mud pit and thankfully the caravan next door was empty and were able to park in there. The general grounds are in need of a good tidy up and strimmed at very least. The bar area was neat, tidy and clean and staff were all lovely. Site has so much potential but definitely work in progress. Unfortunately we will not be back

Unfortunately like others found, the static caravan wasn't cleaned well :(. Found crumbs in-between the cushions, carpets were dirty and in general you could see dust on things... otherwise, check in/out was fine and no issues with the water, etc. Location is great just a bit too secluded but alright if you don't mind driving :)

We are still on holiday but I wanted to leave an excellent review .The Caravan was spotless and clean on arrival . Dog friendly .Its a peacefull and quiet site ,which is perfect for us both .The customer care at reception is brilliant and all the staff was so supportive as our electricity went of for 6 hours due to a powercut.We got this on a bargain and we are really enjoying our holiday .The sun has been out everyday 🌞.Thanks Steve Carole and our lovely Dog Willow .🦮

Well priced stay at a well equipped caravan, lovely, clean and spacious. Great location just a short walk from Allonby beach. Plenty of other places to visit close by too.
