What a beauty of a place. Nice family environment with game activities for little ones. Farm animals to walk around with grounds and gardens. A dog friendly place easily spend 2/3 hours just walking around as we took ours. A little cafe which had a soft play area as well. Didn't take pictures of kids play area as we had no children with us. Considering its free entry you can't complain however there is a five pound parking charge now. We had a enjoyable morning

Lovely afternoon in the shade, not many animals out but I dont blame them. I agree with the £5 charge however , some areas really need weeding, yes like the councils try to leave for nature however some areas are meant to look nice like the roses.

I came for the Easter dragon trail. It was great. The kids walk round the park trying to find 10 letter by dragon egg and got a whole Easter egg at the end. But normally the park is great anyway. The gardens are beautiful and some amazing animals. Great for kid, friendly staff however need more shaded areas as it can get very hot in the sun. 4 stars

Lovely place to view t very relaxed lots of animals to look at and some free games to pay, only cost is £5 which covers parking and is redeemable for a drink at the pub. Highly recommend we stayed for three hours which felt about right for us with a break for our pack lunch
