Primrose Lodge works well for families wanting breathing room, couples after a quiet escape, or groups of friends who need proper accommodation rather than cramped quarters. The whole property is yours alone—three bedrooms (two king-size, one twin), two bathrooms, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking rather than holiday shortcuts. Everything you'd expect is covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and wifi.
The lodge sits on the ground floor within 40 acres of woodland. Inside, an open-plan living area centres on a woodburner; one bedroom has an en-suite with walk-in shower and a television. The front garden includes a patio and garden furniture; the private hot tub seats four. You have parking for two cars on site.
The setting matters here. Woodland walks start from the property itself, and the Two Moors Way—Devon's coast-to-coast walking route—runs nearby if you want something more ambitious. Hittesleigh village and Dartmoor are close by, Exeter's amenities within reach. Smoking is not permitted in the lodge.

We booked this for 2 nights and was surprised at the quality of the lodges and the amazing views. The service from the owners was outstanding as well, good communication and came to help when we had a few issues with our car working. Gary was very friendly and went over and above to make our stay memorable. Our kids loved their weekend and we will definitely be back again soon Thank you again

Wow!!! Amazing, Stunning Lodges set in a Beautiful setting, equipped with with everything you need, Log burner, Hot tub, King size beds, Tea & Coffees, The owner Gary is one of the nicest guys we've met, so helpful, informative and such a genuine friendly person, can't recommend this stay enough, we've had the best time ever! Thanks Gary, we'll be back 😁
