The Stables

Eye and Debenham are within reach, as are Bury St Edmunds and Norwich for a day out. The Stables itself sits on grounds with a private heated swimming pool (40ft × 15ft, open May to September), a tennis court available Monday to Friday mornings year-round, and a games room with table tennis. Everything is on one level: a spacious open-plan living and dining room with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer, a king bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms with bath and shower. The property is entirely yours, with an enclosed garden, patio, BBQ and sitting area.

An oil-fired underfloor heating system keeps things warm. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. There is parking for two cars and a bike store. Smoking is not permitted. The cottage suits groups of up to four looking for a rural base with access to indoor swimming and outdoor sports; the pool and court can be arranged at other times by prior agreement with the owner.
