Campfires and barbecues are welcome, dogs can roam year-round, and nearby Saxmundham (10 minutes) supplies anything you've forgotten. Wow what a great week we had at this beautiful barn conversion over the New Year. Our very large family all gathered for my birthday & yet there was plenty of room for us all to be entertained but also comfortable. The property is so well stocked & all age groups have been catered for. The adults appreciated the Blue tooth sound system & the abundant kitchen equipment & the children enjoyed the indoor & outdoor games provided. The owners Gerald & Janet were very obliging & nearby if we needed them. We really could not have asked for more to enjoy my special birthday!

This was the most perfect accommodation for our 3 generation + puppy family holiday. The barn is an amazing space and so well-equipped, and the outdoor space was perfect for us to hold our own mini-Olympics. Very friendly and solicitous owners were the icing on the cake for us. A really great week!

What a wonderful stay we had at the Barn with all of our adult children! We were in Suffolk for a family wedding and thrilled to find this amazing place nearby. There were 10 of us and ample space for everyone. We had lots of gathering spaces, a wonderful kitchen, a hot tub, all of the amenities we needed and in a beautiful countryside setting. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!!

Beautiful, spacious and welcoming. Perfect location, quiet and scenic. An appreciated cake etc on arrival too. Great facilities and owners extremely helpful and nearby if needed. Thank you and highly recommended
