Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is a thoroughly equipped terraced home in Brighton, a quiet village at the foot of the South Downs. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided: electricity, heating (underfloor on the ground floor), bed linen, towels and wi-fi all come as standard. The kitchen is particularly well stocked—dual ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer mean you can cook properly or do laundry without fuss. A wood burner in the sitting room adds warmth and character on cooler evenings.

Downstairs has the living room and kitchen-diner, with bi-fold doors opening onto an enclosed rear garden complete with sitting-out area, garden furniture, summerhouse and barbecue. Upstairs is a kingsize bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower. There is on-road parking outside. One small dog can stay for free, and the property is non-smoking.

The South Downs National Park is on the doorstep with popular walks like Devil's Dyke accessible from the door. Brighton city centre is twenty minutes' drive away for the seafront, shops and galleries. A pub serving food stands just two minutes' walk from the cottage. The area offers ready access to National Trust properties, steam railways, castles and other attractions across the region.
