What guests say
Stayed for 4 nights. Helen and Andy were very welcoming. Room clean and tidy and fully serviced each day. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options apart from full English (omelette, kippers or smoked salmon, bacon sandwich etc.), with homemade bread for the toast. All in all, one of the better places we have stayed in. Will definitely be staying again.

Stayed here several times over the years, before and after Covid, and Andy and Helen at The Montrose bed and breakfast have consistently offered exceptionally clean rooms, a selection of delicious homecooked breakfast choices, including homemade bread, and kindness. Minutes away on foot from the seafront for an early morning walk or a stroll after dinner. Absolutely recommend, and look forward to staying again. Thank you both.

Helen and Andy were the perfect hosts. We stayed at Montrose guest house for one week. Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. Room was perfect. The guest was spotless clean. Great location and off road parking. A lovely guest house. Perfect. Highly recommend the Montrose. We will definitely stay here again. If ever we come to minehead again. Thank you Andy and Helen. 😊😊
