Birch Studio

Birch Studio is a ground-floor self-catering space near Forres, equipped with the essentials from the start. Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, along with wifi. The open-plan interior contains a kitchen with hob, microwave and oven, a dining area, a sitting area and a bedroom with a zip-and-link king bed that converts to twins if needed. There's also a sofa bed in the living space. A walk-in shower and toilet complete the facilities. One car can park on site; an external laundry room is available by request.

The studio looks out over an open paddock with trees and ponds through large windows. A shared veranda with garden furniture offers outdoor space. The location puts you within reach of the Dava Way and the Moray Firth coast, with Forres and Findhorn nearby for exploring. The area is known for walking, cycling, fishing and golf, and sits as a base for day trips into Speyside and the Cairngorms. The property takes one pet free of charge. No smoking is permitted.
