Honey Cottage is fully equipped for self-catering in rural Moray, within Cairngorms National Park. The detached house sleeps seven across two bedrooms—one with a double and single bed, one with a double—plus a sofa bed in the living room. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and fuel for the open fire are all included. The bathroom has a bath with shower over; the kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, fridge and freezer; there is a washing machine in the utility room. You get the whole property to yourself, with ample parking on site and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture.
Ground-floor living centres on a sitting room with Freeview TV, DVD and CD player, and a working fireplace. The kitchen-dining room is where you prepare meals and eat together. One dog or cat stays free. The cottage draws water from a natural spring. For those wanting to explore beyond the garden, the region offers walking, fishing on the River Spey, distillery visits and access to castles including Ballindalloch and Cawdor.
