Had my little boys 5th party here on a Sunday 12-1.45pm. It was just brilliant. The staff were super helpful from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was taken care of with a smile. All children looked to have a fab time. The foam party was a hit and the food and drinks for parents was well enjoyed. Would deffo recommend!! The best soft play around. Its the perfect size for my 3 year old and has a little section for under 2s. The staff are always so lovely and friendly and will do anything to help. They also cater for my child who has allergies which I really appreciate. A massive plus aswell, there is a proper coffee machine so the coffee is amazing :) xx

Overall, the place is really nice, calm, and great for kids. The indoor play area is clean and enjoyable, and my child really likes it. However, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. She spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional way and even raised her voice because my child was eating a snack that I brought from outside. I noticed that other people also bring snacks and are not treated the same way, but in my case, I received uncomfortable looks and was approached directly. She told me that if I didn’t remove the snack, we would be asked to leave, and that we must buy food from them. I do sometimes buy items from there, but this should be a personal choice. On the positive side, I would like to thank one of the staff members who was very kind and friendly. The rest of the staff were generally okay. I hope management can address this issue, as the place itself is lovely and deserves a better customer experience.

Booked a recent party here for my daughter. From booking to the day of the party the whole process was fantastic. I had to add on a extra person with short nice and they accomdated my request with no issues. The party itself was perfect, the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to ensure the party ran smoothly. would 100% recommend
