What visitors say
Unhelpful. I just purchased a year membership up front but changed my mind later the same day and phoned to ask them to cancel the transaction before the payment went through. I asked for membership services and was told yes they were there and that I could speak to them. The receptionist then asked what it was about before putting me through. When I explained, she said I would have to email instead. I told her I had already emailed to request the transaction was cancelled and that I'd received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within 5 days. I just wanted to cancel before the money left my account but was told no, I would have to wait for the payment to be made, then they would be in touch about processing the refund via email and I would just have to wait.
