Poona Cottage works well for families or groups of six wanting a self-contained base on the edge of New Forest National Park. The detached property has three bedrooms: a king bed with its own shower room, a second king, and a twin, plus a family bathroom downstairs with bath and walk-in shower. Two sitting rooms give everyone space to spread out—one has a wood-burning stove for cooler months—and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking proper meals rather than relying on takeaways.

The back garden, enclosed and furnished with a patio, opens directly from the kitchen-diner and is useful for children or for breakfast outside on fine days. On-site parking fits five cars. Essentials like bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are included; the cottage is non-smoking.
