What visitors say
My son celebrated his 9th birthday with a friend at VR Experience Wales with the 80-minute session, and they had an amazing time. The staff member, Mark, was patient, friendly, and really supportive throughout, helping them get the most out of the experience. There was a great choice of games, everything was easy to pick up, and the booking process was simple and straightforward. They had so much fun and talked about it all the way home. Would highly recommend for a birthday treat or something different to do!

I was looking for something a bit different for my son’s birthday and this experience did just that! My 11 year old and 13 year old had so much fun. As it was their first VR experience, Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful and guided my children through the different games. I highly recommend this to anyone (adults and children!) especially as it also supports the local community with its own food bank. A big thank you to Mark and we will definitely be seeing you again soon!

Absolutely brilliant morning for my son's birthday. We took 4 10/11 year olds and the games were tailored for their age, while still allowing their choice. The played 4 games over the session and watching them play was very entertaining!! Mark was great at explaining what to do and providing tips throughout. Such a great set up! We'd definitely recommend and definitely return!

My sons and 4 of their friends had a brilliant time in the Hero Zone! A bit tricky to find (trust the Google Map location and look out for a neon sign in one of the windows) but once we were in, our group of 11 and 12 year old boys had great fun! The session started bang on time (you don't need to arrive early) and Mark was very helpful and patient explaining everything and guiding the boys through the games. Nothing felt rushed and the boys got to enjoy four diverse games, which involved team work, strategic play, individual skill and just a bit of messing around (the chef game might have descended into a food fight!) Lots of fun - would recommend!
