About Rookwood Farmhouse
Rookwood Farmhouse sits amid open Berkshire countryside on Rookwood Farm, just outside Newbury, with Newbury Racecourse among the local landmarks worth a visit. The rural setting gives the place a quiet, working-farm feel while still keeping Newbury itself within easy reach.
There are four rooms at this B&B, each with breakfast included to start the day. Guests also have use of a garden for relaxing outdoors, a spa and sauna for unwinding after travelling, and 24 hour reception for flexible arrivals. Free WiFi runs throughout, and those travelling for work will find business services and meeting rooms on hand, making it a practical stop for both leisure guests and small work trips.
Free on-site parking is provided, which is useful given the farm's location outside the town centre. Newbury itself lies a short drive away, and the racecourse offers an obvious outing for anyone visiting on race days.
