The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms, each with a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as either a double or two singles. Two bathrooms serve the property—one en-suite to the main bedroom with a shower, the other with a bath and shower over. An open-plan living and dining area sits at the heart of the flat, with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

The location puts you within easy reach of Ouseburn Valley, where independent bars, microbreweries and live music venues cluster around converted industrial spaces, and the Quayside lies a short walk in the other direction. Central Arcade and the city centre shops are also nearby. There is private parking for one car on site and a garden or patio space. The apartment does not permit smoking.
