About Manor Town House
Manor Town House is a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse on Main Street in Fishguard, about seven miles west of Newport, run as a boutique bed and breakfast with six guest rooms, four of which have sea views over Fishguard's lower harbour.
The house retains many original Georgian features while offering hotel-standard comfort, and its walled, terraced garden runs down towards the sea, giving guests a private outdoor space rarely found in a town-centre property. An honesty bar is available for evening drinks.
Breakfasts are a particular focus, served as an imaginative four-course meal built around seasonal and local produce, and the house has been recognised by the Good Hotel Guide. Fishguard's harbour, ferry terminal and the start of several Coast Path walks are all within easy walking distance.

What guests say
The Manor House was absolutely wonderful. Chris and Helen are exceptional hosts — warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely people who made our stay unforgettable. The food was simply outstanding. Breakfast felt like something out of a five-star Michelin restaurant — beautifully prepared, generous, and absolutely delicious. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything in Fishguard, making it easy to explore this charming seaside community. Fishguard itself is a hidden gem: beautiful, friendly, and full of great people. We can’t recommend the Manor House highly enough. A huge thank you to Chris and Helen for such a fantastic stay — we’ll definitely be back.

Beautifully done in every way. The owners clearly care passionately about this place, its wonderful decor and calming rooms and all the little touches - from the lighting to bedside cubbyholes for your book. The breakfasts are stunning - a daily changing menu of carefully crafted yogurt pots, fruit selections, pastries and cooked dishes. On the main street in the heart of town with wonderful views down to the sea, this is a lovely base for a stay in the area.

We have recently returned from the most amazing family time at the Manor Town House. Every detail was beyond expectation and our hosts could not have done more for us. The beautiful views, gorgeous rooms and wonderful communal areas created the most perfect experience for us all. The breakfast was the icing on an already perfect cake, so much detail and thought, again in a wonderful setting with beautiful views. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful experience that we will never forget. We all left with amazing memories and full hearts. Thank You

Beautiful B&B in a peaceful location, walkable in the evenings and great for exploring. Our room was a delight, overlooking the harbour and very comfortable. The hosts are welcoming, gracious and generous. We stayed on the last night of our West Wales road trip, a lovely end to the holiday
