View on Google Maps

Monthly Tutor's Cottage is a Grade II listed stone cottage built around 1810–1815, now restored and a short walk from Fishguard's seafront. The ground floor holds a living room with wood burner and TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen with electric cooking and full appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. A bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet complete the layout. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two singles. The essentials are covered—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, plus logs for the stove.

The cottage comes with an enclosed rear garden, garden furniture and a barbecue. Street parking is available outside. The setting suits families and groups seeking a coastal base; the enclosed garden is useful with children present. Fishguard itself is walkable, and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes nearby, offering access to coves, rock pools and the daily ferry to Ireland from Goodwick. Theatr Gwaun and local shops are within easy reach. No smoking inside.
