Beautifully laid out room with all facilities needed Lovely comfortable bed. Big screen tv. Plenty of storage. The wireless mobile phone chargers were a nice unexpected feature. Really well designed bathroom in compact space with a relaxing quality shower. Close to Lusty Glade and Porth beaches. Leanne was always helpful with any questions we had. Just a really relaxing stay for our long weekend. Thank you.

Fantastic hosts that have really thought of everything! This is what you get when the owners put real effort into what they do. Lovely, clean room. Well stocked. Very comfortable bed. Each room has it's own out door seating. Adult only, so nice and relaxed. We'll definitely be back!

Lovely house, felt very welcomed😇 everything was thought of (even were offered eye patches and face mask). The room size was small but enough for couples who are out travelling most of day. The only cons is very sensitive shower, it turns hot/cold very easily. Need to be extremely careful while taking shower.

The best guest house experience I've ever had, the hosts are welcoming & attend to your every need. The room is spacious, the bed really comfortable & the bathroom is modern with all that you need (all toiletries) plus even more that you never thought of but are great (face masks, moisturiser). You don't need to bring a thing, towels, beach towels, bathroom needs are all provided, also tea/coffee & a jar of lovely biscuits, plus a small fridge with a welcoming cold bottle of water waiting for you after a hot summer day. The hospitality here is next level, they've really considered their guests 100%. Plates & cutlery provided for take away/delivered meals with well maintained outdoor table & chairs to enjoy your food. They've provided so much info on things to do for family or couples, beaches etc, recommended places to eat. Lusty Glaze beach is only 15mins walk. For breakfast I'd recommend Island Cafe 10mins walk. I'll be back to stay here again & again.
