Cherry tree was an excellent park to stay with. It was our first time staying with cherry tree so we only booked a 4 night stay incase we didn’t like it. Whilst staying at cherry tree we booked another holiday in a few months for a longer stay. As a family of 6, 4 of which are children there was something there for everyone. The place was so inviting and the lodge we had booked was absolutely beautiful one of the best lodges we have stayed in. I really loved the playcard in the arcade as well, it was so much easier than keeping track of tickets. For anyone that likes to explore we took a day trip to the sea front in Great Yarmouth and to say we was shocked is an understatement. It was absolutely amazing and there was so much to do. We are all so excited to be coming back in October. Cherry tree is definitely our new favourite holiday spot. The only thing we had an issue with whilst staying at cherry tree was the WiFi the free WiFi didn’t work at all and the WiFi we paid for also was very spotty and would keep stopping. We also thought that the swimming pool could be improved, although we all had fun and enjoyed ourselves whilst swimming, it was very small and once they begin letting more people in it did become very crowded so we did only stay for 30minutes. Other than that cherry tree was amazing. The children’s entertainment team are wonderful and my children loved every single bit of star land krazy.

Outstanding. Got let down by a local restaurant and the hub catered for 22 people at extremely short notice and what great food we had served by great people. Never stayed here before and im now wondering why. Caravans (we had 4) were all great. Park is very clean and a great atmosphere. But the hub is have to say we're amazing. Thank you so much

We stayed here as a family of four for 3 nights. Overall, we wouldn’t return—not because it was awful, but it just wasn’t what we were looking for. That said, for £152 for 3 nights, you do get what you pay for. A little concerning no security at entrance so we still used a wheel lock on our car. It meant anyone can come in and out to use the facility. The entertainment was quite disappointing. The staff were very kind, but most of the children’s entertainment involved watching characters on a screen rather than interacting with them in person, which was a letdown. We stayed in a silver caravan, which was clean and had everything you’d expect. The shower had great pressure and a good amount of space. However, there were a few downsides: no towels were provided and we couldn’t rent or buy any at reception, so we had to drive about 10 minutes to Tesco to get some. One toilet roll was provided and one bin bag. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponges. The smart TV only works fully if you pay for WiFi, otherwise you’re limited to basic channels, and ours kept turning on and off by itself, which was frustrating. One concern was safety—staff driving around the park were going far too fast. Twice we came around blind corners with a buggy and encountered workers clearly exceeding the 5 mph limit. This really needs to be addressed as it feels like an accident waiting to happen. The swimming pool was warm and great for the kids, but there wasn’t much seating for parents. It also felt a bit uncomfortable having large windows from the pub overlooking the pool area. The pool edges were a bit slimy, although overall it seemed reasonably clean. Food on site was quite expensive. Coffee is only available as Costa and costs nearly £4, and meals were around £13 per person. Overall, it’s a budget stay that may suit some, but it didn’t quite meet our expectations.

We have had a lovely time here 3 kids 2 adults, site is very clean and tidy couldn't fault it, but evening times is great for kids entertainment and bingo lover's! That is literally it theres no proper entertainment for anyone else apart from the crew singing everyday one of which that can't sing (sorry to say)! Food price's and drink prices are extortionate!! The arcade what arcade it's disappointing only game cards approved no cash wins only tickets unless you're over 18!! There is a local Morrisons (small) but great for a little get away no more than 4 min drive away. Bit of a mixed review here but honest. This is the first and last time we would ever come here purely because of the evening entertainment side of things. As for the caravan it's clean and tidy.. but the whole van literally creeks no matter where you stand so is an absolute nightmare getting young children to stay asleep if they are asleep, I personally find the single beds to be quite comfortable but I can't say the same for the double bed it's far to soft (personal opinion) the veranda doesn't have a gate so young children can just either fall down the stairs or just escape fullstop! I personally don't find this acceptable giving 2 year olds won't and don't understand the dangers of it (road, getting lost) when we did raise the concerns we got told( tell them not to go down the steps) about my 2 year old daughter. Due to health and safety and there's nothing they can do either.
