What visitors say
A great private holiday park, with well presented and looked after grounds and a heated swimming pool too. The staff are fabulous, always available to help and go above and beyond. Excellent customer service, communication and after care.

Nice site, but....The faceless site owners are only interested in profit, and not loyal and reliable customers. They will not issue a long term tenancy agreement , and change the rules and fees as they see fit on an annual basis. They operate very much on a 'take it or leave it' attitude. We bought a used caravan...our second from the site in 2010, and were told we would never be forced to upgrade, as long as the caravan was kept in good condition and fees were paid on time. We always stuck to our side of the bargain, but the site did not, and imposed a 20 year age limit on caravans, regardless of condition. We left the site 2 years earlier than we had to, and bought a caravan elsewhere, where customer satisfaction is put first. No surprise that Palm Beach and it's sister site Seashore, have about 30 empty pitches now, with a shortage of good used vans, and overpriced new ones. If you do decide to buy a caravan here, make sure you are aware of all the hidden costs, and don't expect any loyalty once you've handed your money over.

My sister has had her caravan on this site for a few years. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly faces walking through the site. The pool looks nice and welcoming on a warm day. You can walk from the site to the beach or into Hunstanton, it took us just under an hour to get to Hunstanton.

I own a Caravan on Palm Beach hence my week stage. As ever very enjoyable weather could be better but having Brothers in the area has been good. Will be back next weekend
