Poplars Caravan and Chalet Park

Stayed in the bungalow, rooms were large and spacious, on suite very tired and dirty unfortunately, no WiFi at all phone signal poor, was a bit of a worry as having elderly parents with me, the site itself is great staff are good. Shame bungalow is very tired it has so much potential to be spectacular, we booked with previous owners 720 for a week, was told 980 when paying the balance, but early booking was honoured, I'm glad because 980 I would of felt robbed with the current condition.

We booked a lodge through Booking.Com but was told that there had been an error and The Lodge was not available.We were offered either a caravan or a cottage so we chose the cottage which turned out to be a bungalow. Although staff were lovely the bungalow had no WiFi as was advertised for the lodge. The bungalow was sadly lacking nets not fitting windows, curtains were so light the sunlight in and woke us up. There were lots of places where pictures used to hang but no longer there. Furnishings were all very tired and uncomfortable. The cleaning also left a lot to be desired. The issues have been forwarded to managers and owners. We were also charged the same price as the lodge.

Stayed at Poplars last year and nothing had changed still a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Site and caravan well cared for.The Site is well situated for visits to Comer and Sherringam. Hope to be back again.

lovely park. Our caravan was like a hotel. Comfy and clean. Situated in quiet and peaceful location. Will definitely be back again.
