Poppyland Touring Park

A really lovely adults only caravan site in a great location only 4 miles from Cromer. It is quiet, peaceful, spotlessly clean, all hard standing pitches with electric hook up. The pitches are a very good size the surrounding grass as short and neat as a billiard table. This is the 4th time we have stayed here. There is a good, indoor washing up area which also had a washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. Lots of books and games to borrow too. There is a very good choice of items you can buy eg snacks, food odds and ends and ice creams is a separate freezer. All paid for in an honestly box. The showers are free and look brand new The owners Billy and Pam are warm and friendly

We've just spent 12 days at Poppyland and it was amazing. Told Billy that I'd leave a review but that I didn't know what to add to what other reviews have already said. - Billy and Pam were lovely - friendly snd helpful when you bumped into them but not overbearing. - there is not an overabundance of rules so the site felt very relaxed - the showers and toilets were always spotless - the honesty box shop was well stocked with everything needed - particularly ice creams - having a washing machine was a bonus, as was the use of a freezer, microwave and iron (though ironing on holiday is a no go for me personally) - the "quirky" touches gave us a smile - the site is well placed to travel into Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, the Runtons, and numerous small villages. - weekend breakfast at Northrepps Aerodrome is to be recommended - dinner at the Vernon Arms was good whilst if you are willing to drive a bit further the Recruiting Sergeant does amazing ribs, fish pie, suet pudding and salmon (tbh all the meals we saw looked good). Totally amazing.. Such a little gem of a well run and maintained campsite. Pam and Billy are a delight helpful and friendly. Such a quirky Camping site lots of nick nacks and some really nice classic vehicles. Check out the porta cabin if your bored as it have every board game to books DVD's and more.. has a small shop full of more than you need. Washing machine. Shower/ WC cleaned daily. Quiet too. Will come but again and again..my new favorite camping site.

Can’t recommend enough. Very friendly welcome. Lovely spacious campsite. Showers/toilets all spotlessly clean. Washing up area available together with washing machine and essentials to purchase. Will definitely be back
