The new coffee shop was actually open so we thought we'd have a coffee. We have been looking forward to doing this. But the free table under a wooden gazebo was covered in a big mound of bird poo. House martins probably and had been there awhile. We need shade for the dogs and there's a step into the shop so wheelchair access not great. There were only a handful of people there. I asked if the poo could be cleared but No Not possible as she couldn't leave the till? Who out of the five folk there was going to ransack the place while it took 5 mins max to clean it. Why was it not cleaned before the place opened??? It must have been there at least a week if not more. The table could have been moved out of the way. We live here and would have brought visitors for a coffee and a chat. I have no idea if they do takeaway coffee as the woman was rude.a total waste of the hundreds it must have cost to remodel. The swanky " sales suite" has cleaner seats but it was better and more friendly as a shop!!!! A shame all round.

Pebbles coffee shop , avoid at all times. Very expensive 2 coffee and 2 cake £13 , woman behind the counter rude and very unhelpful, more interested in her hair than service. Asked for more milk in coffee and got a very strange look as she was doing her hair ...... don't bother going awful place.

Absolutely disgusting. I've never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally by people who are supposedly in the hospitality industry. Customer service is definitely not something on the owners/managers radar, which would probably explain all the empty plots on site. Maybe there has been a change of hands since the previous reviews/ratings were given!
