Wow, what a lovely site 😍 we arrived on Thursday and left Monday. Everything is lovely. We were on the tent pitches and it's a lovely natural place. You do have to take everything to your pitches in wheelbarrow as you can't park at the pitch but it made it more peaceful. The only negative we can think of is the timings of washing the showers and toilets block. At 9am half of the blocks are closed for cleaning which only leaves a few toilets and showers for everyone to us which causes some waiting around. I think cleaning could probably be better timed if it was later in the morning, other than that, our stay was perfect 👌

We stayed at Sandringham Estate club last week for 5 days and absolutely feel in love with the site. It had recently had some money spent and you could see this right front the start as you enter via the ANPR camera self check in. We stayed on a hard standing with awning pitch which was massive. We stayed at the back of the site on pitch 143 (see picture attached) and it was such a beautiful view each morning. The facilities were very modern and extremely clean. The family bathrooms were a great addition, my three daughters loved having a bath on site. The walks through the woods were peaceful and you can walk to Sandringham visitor centre within 30-40 mins. Such a fantastic site and I will certainly be returning! My only negative was the two food stalls we ate from ( fish & chip van and Taste of India) the wait from both vendors was incredibly long. I waited 45 mins for two portions of chips as they were serving each order in order number. The India curry I had was sadly tasteless and wasn’t a chicken tikka as described, served with over cooked white plain rice. It was bank holiday week and the site was nearly full but I just wanted to share my experience with using the two external vendors.

Lovely caravan & motorhome site. Always seems to be busy. Feel that toilet and washing facilities need to be bigger in comparison to other sites. Lots of noisy wood pigeons in the mating season! Great takeaway food options on site on certain days. Staff first class with everything.

We are members and regular traveler’s so use many club sites. The positives are a great site in great location. Friendly helpful busy team. Lots to do and see from the site with absolutely amazing looking facilities. With hot water in the wash up. Bike Wash and bike repair area. Dog Wash. Negatives. What is going on with the hot water in the showers and why is the Adapted Shower in the upper toilet block always out of order ! Such amazing facilities clean tidy with under floor heating. First shower I tried was freezing so moved to another and it was tepid ! Wanted to use adapted shower as did not want to tie up a fully disabled shower even though I have a key. It’s been out of order for our stay. Discovered today that the adapted shower in the lower block is working and the water is hot. I notice other people have had problems with shower water temperatures so it’s really something that should have been boxed off by now ! The only time the showers in the upper blocks get hot is when someone flushes a toilet or turns the tap on at the sink ! One other thing is cold water dog and bike wash is great. But why charge for a hot water dog wash ? Many independent sites have hot water dog washes at no extra charge.
