We stayed in a private air BnB on this site for a week in the summer holidays. It's a very small and classic caravan site on the coast with a small clubhouse , outdoor swimming pool, arcades and views of the sea. There is a coastal path that runs down to the beach but it's quite steep and narrow in places. The clubhouse was very clean and friendly, drinks were reasonably priced and they were doing activities like kids bingo, board games , karaoke , quiz night which was great! The arcades are very small and nothing special but the kids enjoyed them! Receptionists and maintenance team were extremely friendly and helpful and approachable! Children enjoyed the swimming pools which are very relaxed and can go in whenever you want by obtaining a wrist band. Site is in a great spot to explore the local area, 5 minutes to beautiful seaside village of mundelesly for great play park, beach, fish and chips and boot sale! Cromer is a short drive too which is lovely. Lots to do around for families and children if you're happy to drive but nothing is too far! Would definitely recommend for a relaxed and quiet holiday.

My family were due to arrive at the site yesterday, but following what I can only describe as ‘irregular’ activity, the property had been double booked and supposedly it was a regular occurrence. The lady whom owns the caravan living in Florida and keeping our money despite knowing that it was booked. Whilst I appreciate that this doesn’t encapsulate all the other owners, or the site itself, if they know it’s going on regularly and are happy to impart this knowledge - what does it say? Needless to say, my family had to endure a three hour drive back from whence they came with much disappointment. I certainly wouldn’t risk it again.

We went for a New Year's Eve do, the music was great, although to be honest it was far too loud. The food laid on was absolutely amazing, so much choice and so much of it. No one left hungry 😋 we had a great night and would recommend it to anyone if they do it again, just please can the music be lower next time.
