Brook View

Brook View is a ground-floor apartment with its own entrance, sleeping up to four across a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Everything you need for self-catering is here: a kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave; a walk-in shower; and Wi-Fi throughout. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

The real draw is the garden. Beyond the patio with dining furniture, the lawn slopes down to a brook where you can sit at a bistro table and listen to the water. The garden is yours alone during your stay. Parking for one car is at the front of the property.

The beach at Combe Martin is a mile and a half away, close enough for an evening visit to catch the sunset. The area has water sports on offer and walking routes to explore. The property does not permit smoking.
