The cottage sits in Combe Martin on the North Devon coast, a seaside village with a long main street of shops, cafés and pubs within easy reach. The award-winning beach is walkable, as are rock pools and quieter coves. Kayaking and body boarding can be arranged locally. Combe Martin Museum and the Dinosaur and Wildlife Park occupy 25 acres nearby; Exmoor Zoo is ten miles away. Ilfracombe, five miles distant, offers the harbour, Verity sculpture, Victorian Tunnels beach and the Landmark Theatre. The property is no-smoking and suits family or couple bookings.
