About Combe Martin Beach Holiday Park

Standards vary across the park. The apartments themselves tend to be clean and well-maintained, but some of the caravans show signs of wear and require upkeep. My mum and I stayed here recently in a caravan and it has everything you need, a really good shower too! The site is quiet and pretty as it’s surrounded by trees and you can enjoy stunning sea views from the restaurant. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and town. There’s also a swimming pool and you can stay in the main building which is very grand, it does need some updating but has everything you need and rooms are very spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Erin, thank you for your kind & warm welcome! We will be back again soon. 😊

Well equipped 2 bed apartment in the manor house with absolutely stunning views of the bay from the lounge and twin room windows. Being on the top floor was a downside as there are quite a few stairs to climb and the site is located on a steep hill so need to be fit, this is mentioned in the park description online. There is a pool with lounging facilities and a bar with restaurant all situated withing the manor house itself. There's a lovely high street with a few eating places and shops all on the beachfront, the beach itself is small yet very nice and accessible. Personally we preferred the little cove directly opposite the park though there is a steep walk down to it. All in all a great stay for the family

A lovely, small site for Familes and dogs close to the beach and shops! Be warned - it's on a steep hill so not ideal for those with mobility issues. Caravan access can also be an issue if you do use a wheelchair, so best to phone ahead to ask for a caravan with easier access. The outdoor pool is small but great for cooling off and there's a shallower pool for little ones. We didn't use the bar, but from checking in, it looked fine. Entertainment most evenings. The caravan (gold) was great. Clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay including a lovely complimentary box of tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits! There is a lovely woodland situated on site; great for dog walks when hot as it's shaded or a lovely scenic walk in to Combe Martin. The only thing I could 'gripe' about is there was many pet owners who left their dogs in accommodation which led to lots of barking! I think it could do with being regulated more. On the whole, a lovely site! We'll be back for sure.

As of 7/8/26 IM STILL YET YO RECEIVE A REFUND. My stay here was absolutely miserable. A huge catalogue of disasters and an uninterested host made me leave on the Sunday. Truth be told I was ready to leave on the Saturday. We arrived on the Thursday, although the weather was not great we expected some fabulous weather on the Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We found out that there was no internet, but we were able to pay extra to add extra devices. Sadly the internet we paid for only covered the small living room. Not the end of the world, we lived without internet before! We find that we had no sea view from the caravan, but we could walk 500 yards to sit on public benches to enjoy our view. Sadly, my husband is disabled so this wasn't possible for us. The pool was not open. The caravan we stayed in, #80 seemed to be tucked away in an overgrown area that was hard to access and muddy. The overall feel of the caravan was musty and aged. Broken shower rails, coffee tables that had been pushed to the side of the bench to hide the peeling edges. Holes in the net curtains and the master bedroom door stuck making it difficult to close. The beds were far too firm, old and the pillows desperately need to be replaced. All flat as a pancake and hard. I'd have found softer pillows on the pebble beach. When my husband raised our concerns with Abbi on site on the initial day she was apologetic but was unable to help, suggesting we call booking.com's emergency number to resolve. She agreed that she too would want a refund. She was unable to engage further as she had to leave for work. No follow up check was ever made. Interestingly, when we requested the refund once home on the Sunday, she refused booking.com's recall. We paid over £100 per day for this, the pictures I hope will save someone else spending their hard earned money on a break and leaving more stressed than they arrived.
