Middle Cowley Farm Cottages - Brambley Meadow

Brambley Meadow is a six-bedroom cottage at Middle Cowley Farm near Exmoor, sleeping up to 10 across two bathrooms. The whole property is yours alone. One pet stays free, and there's stabling available if you need it. The grounds span 10 acres of natural countryside (shared with the owner, with some seasonal restrictions), centred on a private hot tub for eight people.

Ground-floor rooms include two living spaces, a kitchen with electric cooking and dishwasher, and the first of the bedrooms. Upstairs are the remaining five bedrooms: three with king beds, two with singles. The main bathroom has both bath and shower; there's also a ground-floor shower room. Heating is provided by oil central heating and a wood burner—initial logs are included. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered. The garden has a barbecue and sitting area; a washing machine sits in an external laundry room.

No smoking is permitted. The property has a natural spring water supply, and a fenced pond lies 150 yards into the grounds; fireworks and drones are not allowed due to livestock in the area. This works well for large groups or multi-family stays who want to explore Exmoor or the nearby coast.
