Sealands comes ready for a self-catering stay with the essentials covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking—electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine—so you can manage meals and laundry without hunting for extras. Everything sits on ground level, accessed via three steps at the entrance.

The layout gives you a living and dining area with Freeview TV and an electric fire, a double bedroom (4ft 6in) and a twin room with two 3ft single beds, plus a bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. Outside, you have a front garden with seating and furniture, and private parking for one car. The bungalow is a mile or so from Woolacombe, which has a long sandy beach, local shops, cafés and restaurants. Smoking is not permitted.
