Soft Sands

Soft Sands is a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a detached building, sleeping four people. The focal point is an open-plan living space with bi-fold doors opening onto a balcony where you can sit with views across to the beach. A double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room; the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a fully fitted kitchen where you can cook properly—it has an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. The living area includes a smart TV and Xbox One. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One parking space is allocated to the property.

The apartment sits within walking distance of three miles of beach, popular for surfing and coastal walks. A village with shops, cafes, restaurants and a cinema lies about ten minutes on foot away. One dog can stay free of charge. The property does not permit smoking.
