Built in 2021, this contemporary apartment occupies the upper floor of a purpose-designed building in a coastal village near Woolacombe. Floor-to-ceiling windows and bi-fold doors open onto a balcony, where you can watch the sea and headland while the kitchen handles cooking duties with proper appliances—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and the rest. Three bedrooms sleep six: a kingsize with ensuite shower, a super-kingsize (which converts to twin beds), and a twin. The main bathroom has both bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating responds to individual room thermostats, and essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided.
The open-plan living space contains a freeview smart TV; the bedrooms have their own. Storage for surfboards and beach gear sits near the entrance—a practical detail for the stretches of sand just minutes away. Private parking fits two cars. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge. The building does not permit smoking. Arrive after 4pm and leave by 10am.
