Clearview

Clearview is a three-bedroom house sleeping six in Dronfield, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The property spans two floors and comes as a whole to yourself, with parking for four cars on site. A kingsize bed occupies the master suite upstairs with its own ensuite shower room; downstairs, two further double bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and all the smaller appliances you'd need. A dining table seats six, and beyond it a living room with a wood-burning fireplace opens onto the garden. Outside, there is a stone-built barbecue at the front and a fire pit area at the rear with seating, both facing countryside views. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. No smoking throughout.

The area suits families and couples; the grounds have a step, and single-sex groups are not accepted. Dronfield itself sits close to local shops and amenities, with walking routes through the surrounding countryside readily accessible.
