Cottage 9 sits within a 44-acre country park where the Lincolnshire countryside rolls toward the coast. The setting draws wildlife—kingfishers, moorhens, geese, deer—and opens onto views across the lakes and flatlands beyond. A terrace with bench seating faces these vistas, and coarse fishing is available on-site. The village of Ashby cum Fenby lies nearby, with Cleethorpes beach a short drive away.

The cottage is arranged across two floors. Downstairs, an open-plan living space combines a sitting area with Freeview Smart TV, dining space, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, hob, microwave and full fridge. One bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower is also on this level. Upstairs, a second bedroom holds two single beds, served by a separate shower room. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the place is heated throughout. One step leads to the entrance. Private parking is available. Smoking is not permitted.
