Lincoln's cathedral and castle lie within easy reach, as does Newark Showground with its established antiques fairs and events programme. A pub and restaurant are a quarter-mile away, and the golf course adjoining the park has its own bar and dining options. The Showground at Lincolnshire is about 15 minutes' drive, and shops are just over a mile from the door.

Campbell Lodge sits on the park's quiet perimeter, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms all on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower; the second has two singles. A mezzanine in the living room holds a double sofa bed, bringing the total to four guests. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The property's own hot tub seats four. A decked seating area leads onto the fishing lake, where guests can fish free of charge. Parking for two cars is on site. No smoking is permitted indoors.
