This converted barn retains the character of its agricultural past—it once stored apples from the neighbouring orchard—but now functions as a substantial holiday home for larger groups. Six bedrooms and five bathrooms accommodate up to 12 guests, with flexibility built in: bedrooms 5 and 6 can be opened into one through a sliding door, useful for families travelling with children. One dog is welcome at no extra cost.

The ground floor centres on an expansive open-plan living space that flows naturally between seating areas, dining, and a properly equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine. Bi-fold doors from the rear living room lead onto a terrace overlooking the back garden, which has a patio, sitting areas and a BBQ. The front courtyard and patio face the other way. A second sitting room with its own TV provides overflow space. Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; laundry facilities mean you can manage a longer stay without planning around wash days.

The gardens offer real space, and a private hot tub seats ten. Parking for six cars is on-site. The property is non-smoking. It works equally well for family reunions and groups of friends, though if you're bringing young children, travel cots, highchairs and stairgates can be arranged.
