Couples and small families looking for a break with genuine comfort will find The Ostlers Cottage suits them well. It sleeps four across two bedrooms, each with a king bed and its own ensuite, so there's space and privacy without feeling vast. The whole place is yours alone—no shared facilities, no other guests—and it comes with a private hot tub in the grounds, which is the kind of thing that transforms an ordinary weekend into something you actually remember.

Inside, the open-plan ground floor centers on a wood burner in the living area, with a dining space and kitchen beyond. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking—electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer—rather than the token setup many holiday lets offer. Upstairs is the second bedroom. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails and showers. The essentials are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with fuel for the burner. There's private parking for four cars and an electric car charger if you need it.

The cottage is near Howell Manor Events Ltd in North Kesteven, on the edge of Sleaford. The grounds have a step, and there's a step up to the entrance as well. No smoking inside, but you have the outdoor space and the hot tub to make use of. Arrival is after 4pm, checkout before 10am.

Had an amazing time at The Ostlers Cottage with my husband and our 2 girls. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by luxury. The kitchen is beautiful, and was grateful for the washing up liquid and sponge as no idea how to use a dishwasher 🤦🏼‍♀️. The attention to detail in the decor is phenomenal it's got such charm and love with the repurposed furniture which really adds to the character of the cottage. The beds were comfy and the bathroom although small to look at didn't feel small when you were in and showering. The shower was fantastic and so simple to use which was great nothing over complicated. The visits from the chickens was great and having food to feed them was a highlight for us all. The visits from Noah the cat made us all smile. The hot tub was amazing and big enough for all 4 of us. The only downside I found was there was no robes so once you got out of the hot tub you had to use the towel provided which was then already wet for your after hot tub shower. But we were blessed with amazing weather so after a short time in the sun the towels were dry. The garden furniture was super comfortable and the table and chairs outside was perfect for family Uno in the sun. Kelly and Ollie were amazing hosts and were on hand over message when needed. When Ollie came to check the hot tub he was nice and friendly and full of knowledge about the cottage and it's transformation and it was a pleasure talking to him and hearing the passion and love for their home. Overall the perfect slice of paradise for spending time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, transported to a peaceful patch of countryside peace. Will definitely come back as a family or with friends

We stayed at the Cottage for mine and my husbands birthday with our 6 & 4 year old. We had a lovely weekend and hope to return! The cottage is beautifully decorated, check in via the lock box was easy. The instruction booklet is very useful and gives you all the details you need for the cottage and also places to visit, takeaways etc they have thought of everything! The hot tub was fabulous, the chickens in the morning the kids were so excited to feed them and the little cat popping by too! There was ice in the freezer which came in very handy, some milk in the fridge and a little cake on arrival nice thoughtful touches that just make your stay. We have stayed at a few cottages and this is definitely joint first place for us. The children shared a double bed. We had 2 small problems one being our fire skills not being great as we couldn't keep the fire going & the TV was on but no sound. I text Ollie & he came round and assisted us with both. Top notch service! The facilities in the kitchen such as having washing up liquid and lots of utensils etc is great some places are very limited but this place really has everything you need. The kids didn't want to leave and the arcade games were a highlight too even for us grown ups taking us back to our youth! I have already sent their booking page to friends! If I had to recommend anything to make this place even better this is just personal opinion, a mixture of pillow choices as I like a firm pillow but the beds were very comfy. Also outside there are hooks on the wall by the hot tub for the gowns they kindly provide, we didn't see this in the dark until our last night so maybe a little sign above would be good. Literally can't think of anything else as this place is lovely thank you

We’ve just returned from a truly relaxing stay at The Ostlers Cottage, and it was everything we hoped for and more. From Sunday to Sunday, it was the perfect escape from the everyday hustle. The cottage itself was cosy, peaceful, and beautifully kept — ideal for unwinding. The hot tub was a real treat, especially with the lovely bottle of bubbly kindly left for us — such a thoughtful touch! A big thank you to Kelly and Ollie, the wonderful hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help if needed. The fresh eggs from their own chickens were absolutely delicious and made breakfast feel that bit more special. We had a truly lovely week and would highly recommend The Ostlers Cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful, countryside getaway.

We visited the Ostlers Cottage for a long weekend, and had an excellent time. The cottage was beautiful, and had been renovated to an incredibly high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and the rest of the cottage is very well thought-out. The whole cottage is secure for a dog who is great at escaping, and the hot-tub area is well secluded and not overlooked. The rustic/antique feel really does build a lovely character in the property and it really does feel like a home away from home! Ollie was friendly and helpful, and we were able to arrange everything needed effortlessly! We would love to come back!
