The village itself sits between trout fishing lochs and an 18-hole golf course, both reachable in minutes by car. A cycle track runs nearby, and a shop, pub and restaurant are within walking distance or a short drive.

Built in 2020, this single-storey detached bungalow has everything on one level: two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open-plan living space that joins kitchen, dining and lounge, and direct access from the master bedroom to the garden's private hot tub. The second bedroom has zip-and-link beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker included alongside the usual cooking appliances. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all provided, as well as parking for three cars and a travel cot and highchair if needed.
