Bumbles Barn is a one-bedroom conversion on a single level, designed entirely on the ground floor so everything is accessible without stairs. The open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining and lounge in one space, with French doors opening onto a private enclosed courtyard. A double bedroom and shower room complete the layout. On-site parking and wifi are provided, along with bed linen and towels; heating and electricity are included in the rate.

The courtyard is the property's real draw. It features a hot tub for four, a covered bar area, garden furniture and a gas barbecue—the sort of space that invites you to stay put after exploring the Falkirk area. Countryside walks start from the door itself, and the location sits roughly midway between Edinburgh and Glasgow, with a railway station three minutes' drive away if you want to visit the cities without the car. The property welcomes one pet at no extra charge, and the enclosed garden gives them secure outdoor space.

The kitchen has an induction hob, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine for self-catering. No smoking inside. You can arrange a breakfast hamper through the owner if you'd like one.
