Vessel 1 is a single-storey retreat designed entirely on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to navigate. You walk straight into a living space with an open fire, then through to a kitchen fitted with a table-top oven, grill and air fryer. The bedroom holds a king-size bed, and there is a shower room with cubicle shower. Everything sits on one level, making the layout straightforward and practical.
The garden is where the property distinguishes itself. A private hot tub for two sits on the decked area alongside garden furniture and a firepit. Beyond that, a covered outdoor kitchen means you can cook and eat outside, with a fridge and sink to support proper meal preparation. Inside, a cinema screen with projector lets you watch films from bed or sofa. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and fuel for the open fire are all provided; underfloor heating runs throughout.
The pod is non-smoking and set within Eden Leisure Village on the outskirts of Glasgow, with private parking for one car. It suits couples wanting a private, self-contained break with time in both the outdoors and indoors.

We honestly could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding on 6th June 2026. From the moment we first viewed Eden Leisure, we fell in love with the beautiful grounds and stunning atmosphere. The extra bonus of the Pods and luxury vessels for our guests to stay in made the experience even more special. Janet and Des made the planning process incredibly simple and straightforward. Every single question was met with quick, supportive responses—even when we asked ridiculous questions! On the wedding day itself, everything ran like clockwork, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy our day to the fullest. A special shout-out to Janet, who went above and beyond by assisting our photographer and helping me with my dress when we headed into the woodlands for photos. The golf buggy was also a massive hit with us and our guests, safely taking everyone to and from their pods at night! We highly recommend Eden Leisure to any engaged couples. We had the most relaxing weekend at the vessel pod at Eden village. The pod and the outdoor kitchen is so well equipped, even if it’s raining (which it thankfully didn’t!) The pod itself is wonderfully modern and comfortable, a really special stay! Amazing views and total privacy to watch the stars or watch something on the projector at night. Ant then there’s the woodfierchottub, for hours of relaxation, really easy to use and a great size. We will definitely be back for a few days of bliss!! Only 30 mins outside of Glasgow, but we felt miles away from civilisation ❤️

Staying at the Vessel Pod was a wonderful experience. The views were stunning and every little detail was thought about. The cinema experience in the bed and the hot tub ensured an incredibly relaxing evening. The outdoor kitchen was also fantastic. A great experience and couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thanks to Des and Janet for being great hosts!

Eden leisure village was everything we wanted for our wedding venue and so much more!!! We instantly fell in love at first viewing. The setting was absolutely beautiful. The pods were spotlessly clean and kept to a fantastic standard. The new luxury pods were incredible. Everything at the touch of a button. They really thought about every detail. The log burning hot tub was a particular favourite for bride and bridesmaid the night before. It was a fantastic way to relax before the big day. The staff went above and beyond throughout the day to ensure all of our needs and wants were met. The staff managed to be efficient and thorough without being intrusive. The photos in the forest clearing look like they came from a fairy tale.
