The open-plan living space combines lounge, dining area and kitchen, with bedrooms either side—one with a king bed, one with two singles. There is one bathroom with bath and shower over. Essentials including electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided, along with a welcome pack. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The location is the real draw. Positioned above the town centre, the apartment looks directly across the sea and towards Cromer Pier, which lights up at night. Street-level Cromer has restaurants, independent shops, a beach of sand and shingle, traditional amusements, a museum, cinema and zoo. The train station connects to Sheringham and Wroxham. Parking is on-street 150 yards away; additional permit parking is available through local car parks at cost. The property does not permit smoking.
