Church Farm House is a traditional detached farmhouse that has been substantially updated, with a remodelled kitchen, new utility room and reshaped layout across its two floors. Three bedrooms sleep six: the first has a zip-and-link king bed with an ensuite shower and bath, the second is a double with ensuite shower, and the third is a three-quarter double served by a family bathroom. A separate ground-floor toilet and utility room with washer and tumble dryer complete the layout. The essentials – heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi – are included.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker and wine cooler. A smart TV is in both the living and dining rooms, and French doors from the dining room open onto an enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Parking for four cars is on site. One well-behaved pet is welcome; no smoking indoors.
Sea Palling's sandy beach is within walking distance – popular with families, backed by dunes and with a lifeguard on duty. A shop, pub, café, fish and chip shop and amusement arcade are 500 yards away. The Norfolk Broads, known for wildlife and water sports, are an easy drive, as are independent farm shops and butchers nearby.
