Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living and dining space, a kitchen equipped with electric cooker, microwave and fridge, a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room. The essentials—bed linen, Wi-Fi, electricity and heating—are covered. You have a patio with seating, access to communal gardens, and private parking for two cars. Mundesley's award-winning sandy beach is just 600 yards away.

The village itself has independent shops, a butcher, bakery and supermarket within walking distance, plus numerous restaurants serving local seafood. Golf is a minute's drive away at Mundesley's nine-hole club with a driving range. Other local activities include an outdoor gym, crazy golf, bird watching, green bowling and sea fishing. A regular bus service connects to nearby coastal towns, and North Walsham train station (5 miles away) offers services to Norwich and further afield. The property does not permit smoking, e-cigarettes or candles, and welcomes children aged 8 and over.
